Ballet CLASSES

- Parents with children attending classes under 5 may enter the community centre as long as a face covering is worn. This is allowed as you will be actively participating in the class with your child.

- Once 1 adult per family bubble is to attend.

- Parents of children under 5 must stay in the hall with your child at all times to offer any assistance and to help them adhere to the social distancing rules.

- Please enter through the main doors to the community centre

-
PROPS we use props in our Pre-school Ballet class, however this carries a risk of cross contamination. Therefore each student can purchase a Stardust Prop bag which will have everything they need in for the class. This will be the parents responsibility to bring to class each week. £6.50 per prop bag.

- Once the class has finished children will be asked to leave through the fire doors inside the hall. This creates a one-way system, minimising crossover with anyone entering the building.

- The community centre has requested that buggies and push chairs are not brought inside the building where possible.

STREET DANCE CLASSES

- Parents with children aged 5+ must NOT ENTER the community centre under any circumstances

- Drop your child off dressed ready for their class, the only thing they should bring in with them is a named bottle of water.

- At the end of the class the teacher will open the fire exit doors and let the children out, this creates a one-way system to prevent cross overs between classes. Please ensure you are waiting outside at the correct time to collect your child.

DURING THE CLASS

New students

I fully appreciated that parents/cares having to drop students at the door is not ideal and I thank you all in advance for your co-operation in these challenging times.

* For any students feeling a little nervous about attending a class on their own I would recommend you watch a few of our taster classes ran by Miss Hannah on our YouTube channel below, this way the students can become familiar with her and her teaching style before their 1st class.

*For those that give photo consent we will try and record a few short video clips form classes which we will post to our private Facebook group for Stardust parents. This way you will be able to get a little glimpse into the class your child is attending.

* If you are a registered student (and on Facebook) you can request to join the Stardust Parents & Carers Facebook group at - https://www.facebook.com/groups/stardustdance
We will do our best to post some photos and videos of the students in their new classes :)
