How we store your personal information  

Your information is securely stored in various digital platforms:

Dance Studio-Pro (DSP):

Google Workspace:

We process emails and supporting documentation via Google's Workspace and its services. Google's privacy policy can be accessed (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US#europeanrequirements).

MailChimp:

Zenfolio:

We use Zenfolio to host professional photos. Their privacy policy can be found (https://zenfolio.com/uk/privacy/).

We retain personal data for the duration of the student's engagement with us and for a period of five years after the last interaction for record-keeping purposes. After this period, the information is securely destroyed or deleted from our databases.
