Adult Dance classes

Ballet & Dance Fit

Move well, feel great

Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after years away, or keeping up your technique, our Adult Ballet and Dance Fitness sessions are supportive, upbeat and welcoming.

What are our Adult Dance Classes?

Our Adult Ballet  classes are welcoming and open to everyone. We begin class with a warm up then move onto barre and centre work, simple turns and balances, with clear cues that make technique feel achievable. No exams or leotards required—just comfortable clothing and socks or ballet shoes.

Dance Fitness blends easy-to-follow choreography with functional strength and mobility. It’s a low-pressure, high-energy class: options are offered for impact, intensity and range, so you can work at the level that feels right for you each week.

We’re inclusive and adaptable. Tell us about injuries or goals; we’ll offer adjustments and progressions so you feel successful and safe as your confidence grows.

What A Class Looks Like

Each session has a simple structure so you always know what’s coming. Adult Ballet: gentle warm-up, barre, then centre (balances, turns, travelling), finishing with a short combination.

Dance Fitness: pulse-raising warm-up, themed blocks (cardio/strength/mobility) and a fun finisher combo—with lower-impact alternatives available at every stage.
