Fairytale Ballet®

Where imagination takes centre stage

Fairytale Ballet® Logo

story-led Ballet classes

Magical ballet classes that blend classic technique with playful storytelling. Each half term explores a familiar fairytale so little dancers learn through songs, characters and movement they love.

What Fairytale Ballet® Teaches

Fairytale Ballet® is a specially created early-years syllabus that teaches a strong foundation for future classiscal ballet classes, basic footwork. performnce skills and musical awareness through story-led classes. We use a gentle, repeatable structure so children make steady progress while having fun.

Each half-term we centre lessons on a new fairytale (for example: Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, The Snow Queen, Rapunzel). With themed music, props and character-based exercises, children learn coordination, rhythm and confidence. When they graduate Fairytale Ballet (and start Year 1 at school) they will be ready to join one of our ISTD Primary Ballet & Jazz classes.
