Okay so to start with you're going to step back into a lunge as you push both of your arms forwards and that is one two you're then going to pull this arm back as your shoulders twist to the side but try and let your hips stay to the front so you go one two three four push back five six then you're going to all change your back foot seven front foot eight from there you're going to turn all the way around to face the back of the room so all of that section is one two three four five six seven eight one two then you're going to sway to this side three full sway to the other side as you reach your arm out five six and then you're gonna pull in so you twist your arm seven eight and then on one you're going to contract as you lean towards the side and your hand is going to go into a fist and pull in towards your hip so all of that just with counts again before we go with music we go one two three four five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight one and when you do that you're going to bend your back leg and keep your front leg nice and straight well done everybody okay so you have just gone seven eight one from here you're going to step the foot that is bent behind and twist all the way around to the front now as you do that the hand that is on your hip is going to be pushed by your other hand all the way around your head and then they are going to be both pulled into the side of your hip and that is as you turn so you've got seven eight one two three four five six seven eight and really bend into their knees and squeeze their hands into your hip from there you're gonna step one two you're then gonna do a fun kick to the back so bend this leg and kick your other leg all the way up and round to the other corner of your room so you've gone seven eight one two three four five six seven eight one two kick three four you're then going to step to the other corner of your room five six seven eight and you're going to turn all the way around now your arms are on a lovely diagonal and your foot is that cool pa so just behind your ankle one so you have just turned on the word house so really trying to suspend that turn and from there the foot that is included just behind your ankle is going to roll all the way down to the floor keep rolling to stand up to face the other corner so you've gone one two three four five six seven eight from there just going to do it face in the front so you can see your hands are going to come in front of your eyes they're going to rebound up and down now as you do that you're going to bend your knees and go into a back bend now when you get halfway you're then going to contract and bring your hands into fists so that is you've just gone one two three four five six seven eight one two three four from here you're going to step to the front again with a ball change your hand is going to be in a spread out position your other hand's going to come on top as it pulls all the way to the top now from here you are going to do a back bend so you want to keep your knees bent and you want to try and look towards the front as your arm comes all the way up and down again good so let's just go from there with cats and then we'll go with music so we've gone five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight all the way around one two three four good job everyone okay so we have just gone all the way around five six seven eight you're going to rebound your hands as you do a shoulder roll and you contract and your hands are going to come into your head so from there we have five six seven eight rebound one two three four you're going to look to your elbow as it goes out to the side five and then you're gonna do the other way six step back so use your foot to push you back and then step good so you go five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight from there you're going to lift this hip up and keep this leg nice and straight as you reach down and you relax your arms and your head all the way down now it might feel like a little bit of a strange position but from there we are going to release down the other way so you don't stay there for very long so you've just gone five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight one two three four then you contract it five six seven eight so you just release the palms of your hand forward and you are in a small fourth parallel position well done everyone okay we're going to carry on so you've just finished here from this you're going to use this preparation to go into a illusion so you'll want to prepare and then you're going to kick your back leg all the way up to turn you all the way around now if you want to practice with using your hands on the floor to get your leg up and then twist yourself all the way around or you can try with one hand on the floor all the way around or if you're feeling really brave you can try with no hands all the way around to the front so my best tips for illusions is to use your eyes to spot that round to the front and make sure we have a nice straight leg by pulling up that thigh okay so you've gone five six seven eight you're going to do an illusion on one from there you're then going to use the leg that you just landed on from your illusion to do a parallel pirouette two and now that is only half a pirouette because from there you're going to release into a second position plie pushing your arms out to the side and make sure that is on the diagonal to stand up nice and straight okay so all of that you've gone five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight okay so you have just pushed into your second position to stand up from here you're going to place your hand on your heart push it to your shoulder push it back then as you push it round this time you're going to bring it round to use it to follow your head so almost like you're pulling your head to the side and then you're going to release down so to the lyrics that is everything i'm in secure your hand goes to your heart you release a contract bout so that is she's everything i'm insecure about good from there you're going to push back into a lunge as your hand comes down to the floor so you've gone everything i'm in secure about into lunch one two three four you're gonna release back from here you're gonna do a whim with your arm so you're gonna push up almost into a bridge position as one hand comes up and then you replace it down to the back so if you're a little bit scared make sure that you push really hard so you can get onto your feet and then relax back down if you feel like this move is a bit too challenging for you you can just roll towards the back so that move properly should look like this as you go up and down now if you want to lower yourself onto the floor gently really use your muscles and your strength okay everybody so we've gone she's everything i'm in secure about one two three four to prepare push five six from there roll onto your stomach seven eight to stand up okay so you have just finished by standing up you are going to do three walks to the front one two three from there you are going to jump into a second position as your hands go down to the side so that is one two you're then gonna twist this knee in as your hands come together three you're then gonna pull back into a lunge position as you use your front arm to rebound back so you've gone three walks to the front then you go one two three four you're then going to release this hand down five six your hand's gonna twist in towards you and up to pull your body up so all of that is one two three four five six seven eight from there you're going to rebound your elbows in so you go in down then your hands going to go all the way up to the sky as you make a lovely long line with both of your hands so all of that with time in it one two three four five six seven eight one two three four five then you're going to bring it all the way down sit as you step back into a lunge now your front arm is going to swoop all the way around to stand up on the other side with your hand nice and high and looking at your hand so all of that section again we have one two three four five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight one now that section is quite fast so let's try it a bit quicker so we have five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight one well done everyone that was really challenging so well done if you got it from here you are going to step back so you've just gone one two three wait four you're then going to step forward so you're going to kind of cross your legs onto the diagonal and as you do this just like we did earlier you're going to bring your arm out as you look across and out as you look across so that is one two three four you're going to swing your arms back five bring them all the way around six seven eight as you rise onto your jenny point and you reach to that top corner of your room and the other hand is just on your chest so that little section again so you're here you step back and back you go one two three four five six seven eight as you rise good job, well done everyone. From there you're then going to step now use whatever space you have to do this so use the walks to get into a space because we are going to do a jump so i'm going to walk one two three four and then gonna prepare i'm gonna bend this leg as i do that i'm gonna kick this leg up and then i'm gonna kick and try and swap my other leg up so you're gonna try and make a big butterfly in the sky so use your lunge to really push off the floor and make sure your head looks back so as you do that you prepare your lunge you jump into the sky and you bring both your legs up nice and high well done everyone so you've just done your big butterfly job when you land try and make sure you twist to face the back from wherever you are from there this hand is going to come across your chest all the way down to meet your other hand so if i'm showing you from the front it is going across your chest all the way down to meet your other hand from there you're going to use your front hand to push your hand all the way around to the front so again from here your hands pushing and then going down so all of that is you go five six seven eight one to face the front from there you go and two you're gonna pirouette three from there you are going to do a turning jump starting on the leg you have up in your pirouette so remember we go five six seven eight one and two three step and four to do a turning jump and when you do your tenon jump you can do whatever arms you like so you can either bring your arms in here you can throw them up to the sky or whatever you want that is your choice so you've gone five six seven eight one and two three and four from there we are going to drop onto our knees so be very careful so just to practice we are going to have our hands down we are going to drop landing onto our hands and then placing our knee on the floor with the other leg extended out so make sure when we are dropping onto our knees that we're not actually landing on our kneecaps and we are putting all the weight into our hands also if you drop your head forward it will make it look a little bit more dramatic so you've just done your turning jump you're then going to drop onto your knees and one and also we are actually landing on this part of our leg so make sure you tuck it in and gently place it down as the other leg is extended out if you are too scared to do that or you haven't done that before and you don't want to hurt yourself you can just gently go down onto your knee and place your leg out because we have time after that we are going to reach all the way up to the sky with one hand looking up and the other hand and then you are going to contract in and down and then you're going to do a sharp turn to face the side with both your knees up and your hands behind you you're then going to push your legs out and then bring it back in as your hands come to your head and that is the end of the dance routine.
