hey dancers it's miss hannah from stardust today i'm going to be doing a fun pond dance tutorial with you so if you've got your own pom pom you can go grab them now if you haven't don't worry because you can just pretend you've got pom-poms or my lovely mum lynn has made you a special video showing you how you can make your own pom-poms so you could
always make your own and use them for this dance okay so before we get started with our routine i'm going to show you some special cheerleading arm movements so um straight in the air and we call this one high v very good then we've got broken tee you're going to bring your palms together very good and then can you stretch them out really wide and that one's
teeth good job so arms up harley v and they're in broken teeth and out for tea good job we're gonna be using some of those in our routine so let's get started the first move we're gonna do is a big windmill in the sky so we're gonna reach up and over very good and then the other way big windmills good job then we're gonna jump off the
earth and we're gonna do our high v that we just learned with a jump so we jump out and in and out and in good we're gonna do four big jumps oh you're very good at this one amazing then broken teeth then we're going to make l shape so can you make an l with your arms like this good and then back into broken teeth and up
to l shape again good we're going to do our l's four times very good then the next step you get to shake your pom-poms so we're gonna walk forward we're gonna shake them up good and then we walk back shake shake shake good shake them up and shake them back amazing now the chorus is my favorite part we're gonna jump and we're gonna shake our pom poms
so we're gonna jump side to side and we're gonna shake our thumbs up good job and then we're gonna it's like we're clapping our hands but we're tapping our pom poms up so you can't come out above your head amazing you've led all the moves to our dance should we try with music [Applause] [Music] great [Music] and again are you ready [Music] forever [Music] is [Music] some
